Hello, i am a Math-Fan and I have a question:
Is 9,9999999999... = 10?
I have a small proof for that x = 9,999999..... (1)
=> 10*x = 99,9999999...... (2)
(2)-(1): 10*x - x = 99,999999.... - 9,99999......
=> 9*x = 90 => x = 10.
Is there a problem with that proof ? is 9,9999.... = 10 ????? Please write back : gpall@skiathos.physics.auth.gr
