Base (Binary, Decimal, etc.) Converter

The device below coverts number between various basis from 2 (binary), 3 (ternary), ..., 36. The device accepts negative numbers and nunmbers with fractional parts.

The applet displays numbers in four bases simultaneously each of which can be selected in the range 2-36. There are four spinners to this end. Type in a number in the base of your choice and press Enter. The representaion of the entered number in other bases will appear in the three remaining text controls.
