"Is there a name?"

Is there a specific name for the five triangles that have integer sides and whose area and perimeter have the same integer value?

they called these perfect triangles,
but this is not a standard name.

I found the included image where
one triangle is eqi
one triangle is iso.

I meant right and iso (NOT equi and iso).
