"divisibility proofs"

Hi I would really appreciate it if you could help me.

I really do not know what to do for this question:

Show that 2^(n-1) divides n! if and only if n is a power of 2. Please help me.

Thanks!

Try several small n and see if you can see the pattern.

What power of 2 divides 2!, 3!, 4!, ..., 8!, 9!, ... ?

Or you can count how many numbers below n are divisible by 2, then by 4, by 8, etc.
