I need to upload an image file (.gif 7KB) to help in the analysis of my construction in Topic #248 in the "High School" forum. This is what I did:

1) I clicked the "Click here to choose your file" link
2) I browsed my disk for the .gif file
3) I selected it and clicked upload
4) The computer said it uploaded the file to the server
5) It'said the name would be placed in the Attachment box

No name was placed in the Attachment box.

How long must I wait before giving up on posting my message?

If the uploaded file is denied am I notified of the reason?

I do not know. The forum is run by a commercial package written in a very cryptic perl. My expertise is quite limited.
