"Neile's Semi-cubical Parabola"

At this page, we see two different formulas for "Neile's Semi-cubical
Parabola"

y^3 = a x^2

and

x^3 = a^y2

Which do you feel is correct, and which do you feel is in error?

Source for both equations:

   Both
y^3 = a x^2
and
x^3 = a y^2
are semi-cubical Parabola (related by pi/2 rotation),
but not
x^3 = a^y2
