"4 colour problem"

I believe I have a proof of the 4 colour theorem that doesn't require a computer. How can I get it checked and reviewed? I know I'm about the 10,000th person to think they have a proof, but I think it's worth checking.

I'd find a conference and give a talk or send the manuscript to a suitable magazine.

I used to have a reputation as rebutter of 4-color
proofs, but haven't time to go back to it.

Suggest you find FOUR COLORS SUFFICE by R. Wilson.
It is mostly elementary and well written.
If you are familiar with it, you can probably
debug your own "proof".
