"Variation on the three glass problem?"

I received this problem from a friend (he used to be then he sent this) and I find my math abilities are rusty to the point of being seized up. It goes like this.

Three beakers 19 liters, 13 liters, 7 liters. The 7 and the 13 liter beakers are full the 19 liter one empty. I need two beakers with 10 liters in them. I vaguely remember something from my school days but that was so long ago I can't drag it back. I have an Excel spreadsheet with an illustration that allows one to pour and move within rules if someone wants it.

Can someone help a senior wizard save face?

Thanks
