hi, would anyone kindly suggest a method for solving this inequation? Find all real numbers such that: x^4-3x^3-x^2-x-2 is less than or equal to 0. any hint will be appreciated |

Wolfram alpha tells us that the polynomial x^4-3x^3-x^2-x-2 has two real roots: (approximately) -0.785041 and 3.42669 Between this two roots the polynomial is negative. Outside the roots it is positive. |
