I recently saw an infomercial featuring a guy who can do complex math in his head, and claims that it is simple and can be taught to anyone, even elementary school kids.

If this is so, then it must involve some pretty basic techniques that should be public knowledge. Do you know where I can find some of this information, so I can avoid paying the high price he charges for his "kit" sold on the infomercial?

If you could recommend any literature or web-sites, it would be much appreciated!
