Fast Power Indices

Data for the applet could be defined manually or through applet parameters - see the html code. When it's define via the parameters, the listing is included into the drop down combobox and can subsequently selected at the run time. First list the data captions in the value of the parameter Data. Then, for each caption as parameter, list the players followed by the number of quotes. The first pair must always be the quota.
