Olof Hanner's Jigsaw Puzzle

According to Hubert Shutrick, a variant of K. O. Friedrichs' tessellation is known in some circles as Hanner's Jigsaw Puzzle, with a reference to Professor Olof Hanner. [Frederickson, p. 34] refers to it as an "uncentered Perigal's dissection".
