NCLB earned two grades of %22F%22 for failing to stimulate %0D%0A%22Real Improvements in Educational Quality%22 and discouraging the use %0D%0Aof %22High-Quality Assessments%22 on the scale used by the National %0D%0ACenter for Fair %26 Open Testing %28FairTest%29. I usually dont get into polotics%2C but he has got to go. No child left behind is a scandle obviously%2C and i personally think that FCAT is too. Children get so stressed out over this test%2C it%27s crazy. You cant move a muscle at all during this monstrosoty. I would like to know why we can take any other test and use the restroom%2C but we cant during this one. it puts stress on teaches%2C which puts stress on students and parents. now that they have it earlier in the year%2C students cant learn all they need to for this FCAT. i think its total garbage%2C you%3F
