Date: Sun, 14 Dec 1997 18:15:15 -0500 From: Kevin M. Sweetnam I had e-mailed you a few weeks ago looking for some information on switching problems. I would like to thank you for your help. I would like to use the multi-stage Monty Hall problem in my presentation, however I need some help with it. Would you be able to explain to me how the probabilities were calculated for the PICK,SWITCH,STICK (.375) and PICK,SWITCH,SWITCH (.625) strategies? I have contacted M. Bhaskara Rao but have not heard back from him at this time. I am under the gun since I have to make the presentation on Tuesday night. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
