Dear Dr. Bogomolny, I enjoyed reading your paper on Bertrand's Paradox. I have two questions. (1) Who is Bertrand? Is he the famous Bertrand Russell? (2) Is it safe to say that Bertrand's Paradox is not really a paradox because the correct probability for the stated problem has exactly one answer (1/3)? Thank you in advance. Ehren Biglari
