Subject: Base Calculator
Date: Fri, 16 Aug 96 17:01:00
From: Matt Shields

To whom this may concern:

If it is alright with you I would like to put your base calculator on my computer because I do a lot of decimal to hex converting. But also I wanted to let you know that it is not converting correctly.

For example when you convert the decimal 15603949172 to hex. It is 9C3C4274. But your calculator says that it is 7FFFFFFF.

I don't know how the formula works but I know that my calculator is really annoying to use and I would appreciate if you would allow me to put this on my computer. I will be the only one using it. But if you want I can put your name on it.
