I'm impressed that you put time on this, hope it means you liked it.
I am not a mathematician, but rather clinician or chemist. It would be nice to see your solutions to the score 3 problem. I did actually succeed in solving 6 6 6 =3. Like this:
sqr((6!/6!!)-6)=3
I haven't used the !! before, but I read in your pages it equals 2x4x6, right?
And following this the 5's was easy:
5!/5!!-5 =3
As for your second question; I haven't got a clue! Too complex for me.
