I wonder why do you need this problem solved. To help you with your homework I need to know what was your difficulty in solving the problem.

If you measure the length of the arc, equations come out to be transcendental with no exact solution. Instead, you may want to measure the distance between arc's ends. If this is 2*d and h is it's height then the radius r you are looking for is given by

(h2 + d2)/(2h)
