I am quite certain that from the time you wrote your unpublished article you had plenty of opportunities to simply simulate the situation by hand. Did you or did you not? I suspect that you did not. Which is a pity. For, otherwise, you would have stopped insisting on something which I do not care to name. Just try the simulation, that's all. This is one thing.
The second is that I stipulate that the host always opens the door with no prize behind - there is no reason to discuss his character any longer.
If you are unsure how to set up a simulation, just ask - I am willing to advise you. Unless you do, it's no use pestering other people.
