#0, Dominos and Nim Values
Posted by Hunter101 on Oct-18-06 at 02:03 PM
How can I work out the Nim values of the starting positions in the following domino game? I have no idea where to start.

The game board is 1 x n and the loser is the player who can not place a domino. I know that the answer to game 1 x 2 is a nim value of 1 but this is obvious.

How can i work out the larger board nim values.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards

And so it is for 1×3 and 1×4, right? Next, google for the Mex rule.
