In this formulation the polygon is no longer required to be convex. Indeed it does not have to be. Actually, we may talk of two cyclic polygons A 1 ... An and B1 ... Bn with the same circumcircle and distances from the vertices of one to the sides of the other and vice versa. The two products of the latter will be equal.
