Example : x=9 ; y=40 ; z=41
(3*3)*(3*3) + 40*40 = 41*41
More generally :
given A and B any different odd numbers :
x = (A*B)*(A*B) is square
y = (A*A*A*A - B*B*B*B)/2
z = (A*A*A*A + B*B*B*B)/2
