None of what you say is connected to the Persian calendar, which has incidentally currently been restored in Afghanistan, replacing the Muslim calendar which the Taleban had enforced.

You might like to google for it, perhaps including Omar Khayyam in the search terms, since he is popularly supposed to have invented it.
