Assume there is such a sum. Then since any number is congruent to the sum of it's digits modulo 9, we have 100 ~ 0 + 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 ~ 0 mod 9 Which is a contradiction. So there is no such sum.
