The Interactive Mathematic Miscellany and Puzzles and related web sites are offered to further mathematics education and for personal enjoyment. Fair use is encouraged. The sites are available publicly, but are not in public domain. All available material is a copyrighted property of Dr. Alexander Bogomolny and must be treated as such.

Copyright. Any use, whether in print or electronic format, beyond that specified in the fair use guidelines issued by the U.S. Copyright Office, must have explicit permission and/or licensing from CTK Software, Inc.
Bulk download. Material at our sites are not to be downloaded for offline usage; no material may be installed on any server, save cut-the-knot.com or .org, unless so licensed. Unauthorized attempts at bulk downloading of material will be met by blocking of violators together with the subnets from which they originate.
Links and Framing. Links may be made to the Interactive Mathematic Miscellany and Puzzles pages, i.e. HTML files, as long as the source of the contents remains unumbiguous.
